The property was built in 2007, so benefits from the comforts of modern day living whilst retainin traditional fetaures and charm. The hub of the house is the large kitchen/diner with Aga. There is a conservatory off this room which provides a lovely bright, light sitting or dining space. Also on the ground floor is a large sitting room with log burner, a pantry and downstairs WC. Upstairs are 2 large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 smaller single rooms with a shared en suite shower room. Outside is a large garden on 2 levels with summer house on the upper level offering stunning views across the Teign Valley. There is a large gravel driveway with separate detached garage. In the garage there is a table tennis table and plenty of room for parking bikes and other sports equipment. The house is a short 20 minute drive from the nearest beach and a similar distance to Dartmoor. There are numerous walks that can be made straight from the property itself and the village has a traditional pub whcih serves good food and beer. Exeter is only a 20 minute drive and the A38 is only 10 minutes away.
