A Victorian terrace with a little garden (and a prolific fig tree!) will be yours if you stay here. The loft has been converted into a lovely light bedroom with a big ensuite shower. It`s a gorgeous eyrie overlooking the rooftops and city scape of east London. The other double room is on the first floor. The bathroom has a shower and a proper bath perfect for long soaks after a day out and about in London. On the ground floor, the open plan living, dining area leading into the kitchen is a great space to relax and hang out with a book or watching TV.
It`s pretty much a perfect location. A four minute walk to Leytonstone tube taking you into Liverpool street in 14 minutes. A 40 minute drive to Stansted Airport or 15 minutes to London City.
About the location
I live in a residential street in a neighbourhood that has a great mix of people of diverse ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities. I`m really lucky to live a short stroll away from excellent pubs, great live music venues, the best Thai restaurant in London, and various other really top class neighbourhood food places. Leytonstone is at the edge of the ancient Epping Forest which is only 10 minutes away and is an amazing area for walks, picnics and boating.
