The ground floor has underfloor heating throughout, and there is a low maintenance courtyard garden with storage shed, along with parking at the rear of the property.

A welcoming entrance hall with cloakroom and utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer leads to a stylish fitted open plan kitchen with integrated appliances to include induction hob, double oven and fridge freezer. There is an extremely bright and airy reception space flooded with natural light from sky lights and bi -fold doors that open onto the deck area. There are also photovoltaic roof panels which will enhance energy efficiency.
