Lovely comfortable and spacious family home

Our pretty terrace house built in the 1890's looks directly onto the Tor, which is a National Trust area of outstanding beauty. We are also only a 10 minute walk to the Seafront and Harbour and 5 minutes to the Tunnels Beaches, a stunning Victorian Tidal pool.
We have 4 double bedrooms (from two you can see the sea), one single bedroom and two bathrooms and a 3rd toilet.

We love our home and think it is very comfortable. We have a cat called Gary who needs feeding but otherwise is happy to be left alone.

We have a small outdoor Terrace at the rear that gets Sun most of the day and and a seating area at the front that gets evening Sun and offers a lovely view of the Tor.

We have a well equipped kitchen and a spacious and light living room.

About the location

North Devon is an area of outstanding beauty with Exmoor on our doorstep and the the Southwest Coastal path running through Ilfracombe itself, there are plenty of walks with tremendous views of the sea.

Ilfracombe itself is an interesting and pretty Harbour town with lots of eateries, art galleries and shops and Damian Hirsts' famous statue of Verity. It's a short drive to the splendid sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Sauton sands, all famous for surfing. Also not far away are the pretty villages of is Lynton and Lynmouth.
