On the outskirts of Edinburgh, 25 minutes by bus to city centre, the bungalow has front and rear gardens, and is within a few minutes of the major bypass road, giving easy access to the north and south, and 15 minutes from Edinburgh airport.

The bungalow has two double bedrooms, a lounge, a dining room, a sunny conservatory, with fantastic views of the Pentland hills, and a kitchen.

There is a driveway with parking space for three cars.

About the location

As it is on the outskirts of Edinburgh (south) there is easy access to the city bypass which means the airport is 15 minutes to west, the east coast (beaches and golf courses) to the east and various routes to north and south of the country. Edinburgh itself has several council-run golf courses, available for all.

We have walking access to the various hills around and within Edinburgh, as well as several parks close by.

Very close are all the major supermarkets, with a Morrisons and Aldi within walking distance. Close by there is a group of local shops - including a baker, a chemist, and a lovely Italian bistro. Walk 25 minutes, or bus 5 minutes towards town and you come to Morningside, a major shopping area with loads of restaurants, cafes, takeaways.
There is also the Dominion cinema - the only surviving family run independent cinema in the UK.

We have an excellent public bus service, with a wide choice of buses into town. The bus (400) to the airport stops at the top of the road!

Edinburgh has so much to offer, historically and culturally, as well as many parks and gardens.
