Rose Lodge

Rose Lodge Has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with double doors leading to the garden and outside dining area.

There is a large downstairs shower room with walk in shower, sink and toilet.

The kitchen is well equipped and has cooker, microwave, fridge freezer plus all the home comforts you would expect. There is a large 50” TV in the lounge with 2 comfortable sofas and coffee table. The dining are has a table and 4 chairs.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a king bed. There are built in hanging space for clothes.

There is electric central heating.

About the location

Godolphin Cross is 3 miles from the nearest beach of Praa Sands. It is an ideal place to explore west Cornwall including the Lizard.

We are close to the National Trust property Godolphin House and there are several gardens within driving distance including Heligan, Glendurgan, Trebah, Trewidden, to name a few.

The seaside towns of St Ives and Porthleven are close by and access to the south west coastal footpath is a short drive away.

Nearest town with shops and facilities is Heston and nearest train station is St Erth, just a short drive away.
