Central fully equipped apartment with a lovely cat

Out apartment is very homey. There is a bed room with a queen size bed and a kid`s room, with a single bed that can expand and actually accommodate two kids, but it has to be closed in the mornings in order to actually use the room :)
The lounge has a dining table and a sitting area. TV in the lounge only. Wifi of course.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table that can sit 3/4 people.
It`s on the second floor and there is no elevator.

About the location

The area is very friendly.
It is a city area, quite a main road so there are buses and cars. There are grocery shops downstairs (literally), a few cafes, bars and playgrounds, all in walking distance.
What I love most about the area is that it is a neighborhood with a strong community feeling. Mostly young families (there are 3 schools in the area). The people are super friendly and nice.
