3/4 bed end terrace house in Oldfield Park, Bath

Dating back to the 1890’s our Victorian end terrace home has a double bedroom, single bedroom, home office that we can put a bed in, and a playroom with a double sofa bed.. There’s a lovely garden with grass and decking. The sitting and dining room are knocked through and there’s a separate kitchen with breakfast room. There’s a family bathroom upstairs and a loo downstairs.

The house is 2 mins to Oldfield Park station, which is then a 3 minute train ride into the centre of Bath.. The Oldfield Park line takes you to Bristol etc.

It takes about 25/30 minutes to walk into the centre of Bath with all it has to offer. Meanwhile Moorlands Road with shops, award winning fish and chips and burger shop is 5 mins away.

House is set over 2 floors with all utilities like a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc. We also have WiFi, and TV with Netflix, Apple TV and Sky.

We have a lockable garage for parking, but we never use it as on street parking is always available.

There can be use of a car if you’d like, and we also have a bean to cup coffee machine, if that’s a deal breaker for you!

About the location

Bath is home to and named after the Roman baths that you can still visit today. There’s also Bath Abbey, numerous museums and theatres.

The Jurassic Coast a UNESQO world heritage site is an hour and a half away. In an hour or under you can visit Bristol, Frome, Stonehenge, Glastonbury, Cheddar and Wells. London is 1.5/2 hours by train or car.
