School holiday swaps welcome in our comfortable suburban home with countryside views. All of the main rooms downstairs open on to the large established south- facing private rear garden.

There are three double bedrooms upstairs: one KS with en-suite shower room. There is also a bathroom with separate WC upstairs.

Downstairs there is a "study" which can also accommodate a futon style single bed if needed. There is also a downstairs WC.

We have fast broadband, wifi throughout the house and access to BT TV.

The house is 20 mins walk from the local town and is on a bus route.
There is a restaurant at the top of the hill and a pub a further 15 mins walk away.

About the location

Poulton-le-Fylde is a small market town with plenty of shops, eateries and nightlife. We are 10/15 minutes drive away from Blackpool and all that it has to offer. We are also only 20/30 minutes away from the beautiful Lancashire Bowland fells. The Lake District is only an hour`s drive away to the north so the house is a perfect location for exploring God`s own county!
