Peaceful country cottage, 1 km to beautiful sandy beaches.

Relaxed and laid back natural location for this cottage, surrounded by fields. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 1 single and 1 double bed) and a wc/washbasin. Beautiful views across the countryside. Downstairs is a kitchen/dining room, a separate small lounge (with sofa bed) and a bathroom and separate wc. Garden and parking. Basic internet. TV for DVDs only. Books and DVDs available, board games, some beach gear, a couple of bikes, use of the 2.5 seater kayak (will fit on a car roof rack). A car may possibly be available.

NOTE: Pet care is required so this exchange would suit people who love animals and have animal care experience.

About the location

The beautiful beaches of Locquirec are 1 km away and the famous Pink Granite coast (Perros Guirec area) is about 45 minutes away. The isle de Batz is 35 minutes. Nearby shopping is Plestin-les-Greves (5 mins) with a Lidl and Super U and a Sunday market. Bigger towns are Morlaix (20 mins) and Lannion (25 mins). Lovely sandy beaches nearby that don`t seem to be too busy even in summer and stunning coastal footpath walks around the more rocky cliff coastline.
