Cottage style flat in Cambridge

My cosy home is a ground floor flat in a quiet residential area of Cambridge. From here you can cycle or walk into town and there are regular local buses. The flat is in a block of four, built in 1932 to house employees of the local department store. So we have individual entrances and my flat enjoys plenty of secluded garden space.
Local shops are close by, and parking on the road is easy. WiFi connections are good.

About the location

Cambridge is well known for its history and its University. It is a compact city with many museums and art galleries. During term time it is possible to attend free lunch time concerts daily.

From here there is easy access to the East Anglian coast and Norwich, to Ely, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Constable country, Saffron Walden and the fens. National Trust properties nearby include Wicken Fen, Anglesey Abbey and Wimpole Hall.
