Our home is located on 12 acres much of it wooded. From the front it looks small but there is a full walk-out finished basement with two bedrooms, bath, laundry room and family room. Upstairs is the master suite with bathroom, office, living room, kitchen, dining room and large outside deck.
About the location
Near us is the only National Park in NH called St. Gaudens. Dartmouth College is 25 minutes north, Boston is two hours from us. There are many lakes in the area and our city has a wonderful Community Center with exercise rooms and an indoor pool. We live three miles from the Vermont border with the Connecticut River separating the two states. If you love the out-of-doors you will love our home.
