Lakefront House - Nerang

Our modern house has beautiful water views from the master bedroom, lounge, patio, garden, and balcony. We are set in a quaint village atmosphere and it is around 250 meters walk to the village centre where there are several restaurants and cafe`s many with waterfront views.

There are 21 Kilometers of manicured grounds to walk or cycle around and you could just about cast a line from the balcony if you wanted to fish.

We have two Kyaks and two bicycles for use if you want to explore the local area and could arrange a car if you need one.

Ocean beaches are a 10 minute drive, theme parks are 15 minute drive, wineries 10 minute drive, hinterland 20 minute drive, Brisbane 50 minute drive, Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise 10 minute drive.

About the location

There are cafes and restaurants set on the lake within 300 meters of the home. The village is a modern recreation of Italian and French style riviera waterfronts and there are miles of manicured walkways around the lake.

We are located in the heart of Australia`s holiday destination with beautiful weather all year round and something for everyone:

For the family, a 15 minute drive will take you to the beach, Warner Brothers Studio`s, Wet n` Wild, Dreamworld, Seaworld, and a plethora of other theme parks. There is lots of adult entertainment too: Top Golf, Paradise Country, a dozen golf courses, and wineries, the Gold Coast Hinterland and a whole lot more.

Commonwealth games stadiums and sports centres are a 10 minute walk. The local Metricon stadium hosts the Gold Coast Suns (Australian Rules football team)

You will not be stuck for something to do or see.
