Great location, near the beach, shops and restaurants - Mazatlan, Mexico

With one of the best locations in all of Mazatlán Mexico, my apartment building sits in the heart of the Golden Zone. Neighborhood is cozy and walkable in a quiet area just one block from the main avenue where you can take the bus to historic downtown with plazas (15-20 min ride).

Nearby hotels on the beach have great bar/restaurants with open access to the public, ideal to take long walks, explore shops and you will be very close to the beach access, mini markets, cafes, etc. . One parking spot is also provided to each apartment.

This unit is located on the main floor (no stairs). There are 2 flat screen smart TV`s with Netflix, YouTube access, cable channels and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen if fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning units, and both bedrooms are equipped with closets.
Laundry room is inside the unit with washer and drier.

Mazatlán offers many tours to the city, downtown, yacht outings and fishing.
Locally you can visit Plaza Machado in historic downtown, surrounded by many restaurants, cute cafes, beautiful colonial architecture. Live entertainment, cultural events at Angela Peralta theater also available, which is a great spot to explore by foot and view the colonial buildings in Mazatlán (founded in 1531).

Visit/climb one of the highest natural lighthouses in the world and take pictures from the glass mirador.
Visit the fantastic aquarium & observatory

Mazatlán has several marinas and beautiful golf courses.

Many restaurants around the city with a great variety of food.

There is no pool in the building, but the beach is at 2 blocks walking distance.
There are 2 foldable chairs to sit on the beach and enjoy the sunsets.

This is a second property, Simultaneous or not home exchange possible.
I could go to your place in summer, you could come in the winter... or same dates. I am open to possibilities.

I prefer to swap properties in walkable areas or with public transportation handy since it`s a challenge for me the driving system in the UK.

Located in main touristic area 2 blocks from beach nice restaurants and shops...on a quiet street but close to action. Airport is 30-40 min away by taxi.

Walk everywhere or take Uber, pulmonia taxis or public bus for about 14 pesos.
Friendly neighbors, expats, tourist and locals` area.
Walk to restaurants, Cafes, pharmacy, clinic, shops, minimarts.
Fresh Market grocery store at 15 min walk.
