Semi detached home in Greenwich - London

Our house is a semi-detached property in a quiet close with no through traffic.

Downstairs we have a spacious living room (with TV, Netflix, Wii), study (with extensive record collection!), toilet, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, and cappuccino machine. We have doors going out to the back garden.

Upstairs we have four bedrooms and a bathroom.

The house has an attic study looking out at our flat roof (laid with artificial grass) with chairs and table to enjoy dinner with stunning views across London and the setting sun.

We also have a delightful, secluded 30-metre garden with patio area for eating out in the summer, summerhouse, swing ball, and trampoline.

About the location

We are one minute`s walk from the historic Greenwich Park where there is the world-famous Observatory with great exhibitions about the galaxy, the National Maritime Museum, and a deer park. There are also tennis courts available to hire.

Across the park is Greenwich town centre where there are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as the Cutty Sark - an ancient clipper ship which is now a museum. At the weekend there is a market with fantastic food stalls and a range of second hand stalls. There`s also a famous comedy club.

A ten-minute bus ride is the famous `02` arena where there are a lot of shows as well as restaurants and pubs. You can also do a walk across the entire roof. Nearby there`s an indoor climbing wall.

From Greenwich you can take a river taxi into central London which takes about 40 minutes and is a wonderful way to see London from the river.

You can also drive to our best nearest beach - Botany Bay - in about an hour.
