Great apartment in the Beach - Meia Praia, Itapema

Our apartment is really good: huge with 3 double ensuite rooms with comfortable beds for couples, 3 private bathrooms, and more one restroom; 2 living rooms - one, with TV, besides the dining room and another, cosier, besides the rooms - which one can work as a double bedroom because we have a good and big couch and another two single mattress - this room is so nice because has a huge pane of glass and you can view the Itapema city. The kitchen has all you need to prepare a good meal: cooktop; oven, kitchen counter, microwave; refrigerator; freezer; cabinets; etc. We have good laundry to wash clothes, bikinis, and swimsuits. The balcony is my favorite space: you can relax in a hammock while appreciating the sea waves. This space has a barbecue grill, besides the kitchen - very convenient and practical.
The apartment has double-glazed windows with acoustic treatment, porcelain floor, granite countertops, and air conditioning in all the rooms.

Besides our official home in Joinville (100km away), we have a second home, at Itapema beach, which one we basically use during holidays or vacations with our family. Then, we can offer you and your family our lovely sunny place to have good times like us: relaxing in the sand, tanning, drinking coconut water and caipirinhas, diving in the sea and enjoying all the natural beauties and facilities in that beach town.

The location is perfect: in the South of Brazil, besides other famous beaches cities like Balneário Camboriú (15 km), Porto Belo and Bombinhas (7km - 15km, you can go by bicycle) and Florianópolis (70km, you can drive or go by bus). You can easily reach our apartment from Navegantes (NVT - plus 45min driving) or Florianópolis Airport (FLN - plus 1h driving). Even from Curitiba Airport (CWB - plus 2h50min driving). From these airports, you can reach other parts of Brazil, and visit Rio de Janeiro and Bahia, for example.

The beach is the best part - not only "Meia Praia" - Itapema beach, but the several others around: white and fluffy sand, sea with small waves - especially warm in the summer (December to March).
Itapema beach is a city too, then, you will have all you need: several stores, supermarket, coffee shops, banks, etc.
In front of the beach has the "calçadão" - a good place to ride a bicycle, walk and relax. There are several restaurants here and you can lunch on the sand or even drink a good beer while enjoying some acoustic music in the evening.
During the full moon, the scenario is simply spectacular! The moon "grows" from the sea.

If you like good parties, Balneário Camboriú is the ideal place! Only 15min driving. This city has the tallest skyscrapers in Latin America. Also has the "Interpraias" highway -14 km connecting 6 beaches - begins in Itapema and ends in the district of Lagoa. The "Unipraias Park" - the main tourist attraction of Balneário Camboriú: the cable cars connect three stations, between the south side, up to Aguada Hill and down to the Laranjeiras Beach, and take you to a unique experience with a privileged view of the city and the Rainforest. It`s the only one in the world to connect two beaches!

If you like roller costs or, maybe, a helicopter ride on the beaches, Beto Carrero World is the place! It is the largest theme park in Latin America, located in Penha, 40 min driving from our apartment.

Another thing I have to tell you is the parachuting or skydiving options in Balneário and Florianópolis: simple amazing adventure and beautiful views!

There are several others beaches near Itapema, especially in Porto Belo, Bombinhas and the capital of Santa Catarina, Florianópolis, "the magical isle". Some famous beaches: Caixa D`aço; Mariscal; Praia da Joaquina with dunes; Ilha do Campeche; Praia Mole; Praia da Sepultura; Guarda do Embaú; Praia do Rosa; and more than a hundred other options! Enjoy the sea with a standup paddleboarding, kayak, jet ski, or maybe an underwater diving - you can rent all these things in Itapema and region.
