Good for traveling and rest (A newly built apartment)

I`m Jihye and my family are 4 people. I have 2 kids who are a 6 year-old boy and 8 year-old girl. My husband and I work at the same Japanese company .
We love traveling so when we have a chance , we`d like to exchange my home with you.

Our apartment building was built in 2017 and offers a convenient family accomodation with children`s stuff and 2 playgrounds are nearby.
If you want , we can offer you our car possibly.

*It is suitable for a family with children. But it is not a problem for a couple or a family without chidren.

About the location

I live west Suwon city which has Chil-bo mountain and many waterside parks.
In my apartment, there are walks and fountains so It`s good for walking.
My home is nearby the main street which has many popular restaurants(Korean, Japanese, Chinese,etc).
(Recently, Starbucks has opened in our apartment store.)

There are many tourist attractions .
