Beautiful house with garden in bright and buzzing English seaside town - St Leonards-on-Sea

Come and stay in my two bedroom, three bathroom detached house in St Leonard`s-on-Sea on the beautiful south coast of England.

I live in a renovated 1970s property about one mile from the sea where I also have a beach hut you`d be welcome to use for enjoying the pebbly shore, water sports and beachside BBQs.

I have a fenced in, mature garden complete with flowers, shrubs and a vegetable patch. The house is right opposite a park with lovely views of a reservoir from the living room windows. The house is calm and tranquil but close enough to everything to keep you very much amused.

There are two bedrooms and two offices so for a longer swap I'd be happy to provide single beds for the offices, making the house suitable for larger families.

About the location

St Leonard`s is a funky eclectic place with plenty to offer on its own merits (art galleries, restaurants, cafes, walks, vibrant music scene) but also a direct train line to central London (about 60 miles).

It has been described as "maverick, historic, song-drenched, carnival-peppered, fire-hilled and rebel-hearted" kind of place - and I think this sums it up.

A 10 minute drive or 30 minute walk from the house will take you to the sea front and we`re right opposite a great park.
