What you will love about this home:
Our home is the low-level floor of a house. It is not very big but very well distributed and has been renovated (almost new!!). It has an open kitchen - living room, a very sunny dining and living room area, a specious double bedroom and a bathroom. It also has a lovely terrace to enjoy throughout the year. As it is a house, even there are neighbors, it is very quiet and with an open view to big beautiful trees. It is near two metro stations and several bus lines. You can get to the city center in 20 minutes.

About the location

We live in the neighborhood of Horta in Barcelona, near one of the oldest squares of the old village, ‘plaça Eivisa’. The area is mainly houses and small buildings but with all the services of the city (stores, supermarkets and everything you may need near our home). It mostly a family neighborhood, safe and peaceful but with activities and social life on the weekends. There are a few parks and green areas around our home.
