Spacious house for 6 in Utrecht (30 min. from Amsterdam)

Our house (1920) is located in a quiet and green part of the city and is only 10 minutes walking from the city centre. The house has three floors and a town garden.
We have a sunny workshop we do not use anymore, so there is lots of space for playing inside and parking your car. We have more than enough bikes that you are free to use – a great way to explore the city and surroundings! Utrecht is only 30 car/train minutes from Amsterdam, and 40 minutes from Rotterdam and The Hague. If you prefer the countryside it is only 1 hour driving to the North or East. The National Railway museum is in our backyard and a playground with little children`s pool is very near.

We also have a cat (as shown on photo) that you will need to look after.

About the location

With a population close to 350.000, Utrecht is the fourth largest city in the Netherlands and the centre of a densely populated area. The curved canal Oudegracht in the old city center (fifteen-minute walk away) is lined with the unique wharf-basement structures that create a two-level street along the canals. Utrecht has an extensive network of cycle paths, making cycling safe and popular. In 2012 Lonely Planet included Utrecht in the top 10 of the world’s unsung places.
