Completely renovated in 2014, our comfortable home has a lovely open plan kitchen/dining/family space with bifold doors opening on to the sunny garden and underfloor heating. The sitting room has a wood burning stove for cosy evenings in. A separate utility room/cloakroom includes the washing machine. Upstairs is a large double bedroom, the study and a bathroom complete with roll top bath and walk-in glass shower. There is a another double bedroom with ensuite cloakroom.
The neighbourhood is quiet and historic and within easy walking distance of the bustling town centre.
About the location
Frome is an historic market town, just 13 miles from Bath, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The town has lots of independent shops, two theatres, a cinema and a small station with rail links to Bath, Bristol and London. Good road links to other parts of the country aren`t far away making Frome a good base for exploring the UK. Frome was recently rated by The Times as the best place to live in the South-West. And we would agree!
