House in the Tuscia - Italian

Our house is a country house in a quiet setting with a garden,plants,on a secondary street (SP means Strada Provinciale) between Tuscania and Tarquinia both ancient towns of Etruscan origin,with museums and well preserved and maintained remains of the past.

Both can offer shops restaurants banks and so on.The house was built about 100 years ago,I bought it at a public auction in 1972,At the time there was no water nor electric power.

Now we have modern facilities,fridges,dish washer,washing machine,induction plates, wi-fi device.there are three bedrooms available with two double beds and two single ones.

Car is required.

About the location

The Tuscia or Maremma Laziale is an area between Latium and Tuscany min Central Italy. "Tusci" is the name Romans gave to Etruscans, the people of uncertain origin which ruled this area before the Romans.This area is of special interest for people with an interest in ancient art & history,but is also beautiful by itself with large green areas calm landscapes.sea and lake are at close distance and Rome can be easily reached by train.
