12 Windsor Road

Our home is a three bedroom semi detached 1930`s house.
On the ground floor there are two sitting rooms, one of which has a TV. There is a kitchen-diner with a study area attached, a toilet with hand basin and a south facing conservatory. The attached double garage has both internal and external access.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables and a large chest of drawers. The second and third bedrooms both contain a single bed, bed side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The family bathroom is also located on the first floor and contains a toilet, hand basin and a single bath with a shower overhead.
There is a parking area for two cars at the front of the house. There is a large sunny garden to the rear which is south facing. It contains a raised patio area with family picnic bench, two large grass lawns, flower borders , vegetable gardens and several seating areas.
Our only pets are two goldfish in a fish tank which will require occasional feeding.

Dursley, Gloucestershire, is a small market town nestled in the edge of the Cotswold Escarpment, surrounded by beautiful tree covered hills. The town centre is a three minute walk from our home. There you will find two supermarkets, a butcher, greengrocer, Post Office, several pharmacies, a library, a small museum, a doctors` surgery, along with a church and several pubs and cafes and restaurants. Leisure facilities found in the town include a swimming pool, gym and golf course.
Dursley is well located and within easy access of both the M4 and M5 motorways. These roads provide access to Bristol, London, Birmingham, Wales, Devon and Cornwall. There is a railway line serving the town with access to the national network.
Dursley is a popular location for walkers and cyclists and is found on The Cotswold Way. The River Severn and Gloucester to Sharpness Canal are both a short drive away. The views from the hills surrounding Dursley span across the River Severn to the Black Mountains of Wales and the Malvern Hills. The Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust and Berkeley Castle are 15 minutes drive away.
Within 35 minutes drive of Dursley are the larger towns and cities of Cheltenham, Bristol, Cirencester and Gloucester where you will find theatres, museums, cinemas, shopping centres, Cathedrals and places of historic interest. In both Cirencester and Gloucester you can visit Roman settlements.
