Dragon Crossing - North Queensferry

We live in a modern house. Originally it was built in the 1980’s but we added a substantial extension in 2014. There is a very large kitchen/dining room with a seating area. It looks out over the sea as does the upstairs living room. As you will see in the photos there are full height windows and doors up there. The doors open wide and there is a glass balcony but you can’t see it in the photographs. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a TV den. There is also a large utility space that also has a running machine and a selection of weights. The garden to the back is primarily grass and totally contained. There is also a courtyard to the front, also contained. This is south facing so it's a very sunny spot. There is also a car available for you to use.

About the location

North Queensferry is a small village nestled underneath the Forth Rail Bridge. There is a great restaurant called The Wee Restaurant and a newly refurbished Double Trees Hilton. There are also a couple of pubs and one local shop. The train station is literally 2 minutes from the house We are about 20 minutes on the train from Edinburgh and the trains are every 30 minutes. More often during rush hour. If you want to head north up the motorway we are 20 minutes from Kinross by car and an hour from Dundee if you want to see the new Victoria and Albert museum. Great location.
