Rural location just outside the village of Laxfield. Laxfield has two country pubs and a well stocked supermarket with long opening hours. We are close to the historic town Framlingham 'castle on the hill'.
We are surrounded by beautiful landscapes perfect for country walks and bike rides.
London is easily accessible by train in approx 1hr 45 min or 2hr drive.
Our nearest train station is 20 min drive and we're a short drive from the famous seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold along the North Sea.
