Welcome to our Irish home. It is a former Guinness workers house, built in the 1950`s with a south/ west facing grass back garden and patio. The house is bright, with space to enjoy home comforts. It is a simple and functional house, five minutes walk to the village and transport. The kitchen and patio area come into their own on a sunny evening. Sunset is at 2230 in Ireland in the Summer! Kids may enjoy the attic den. Five bikes available.

The location, 4km south of Dublin city centre, has a quiet suburban feel and enjoys pubs, playgrounds, cafes, restaurants, parks, tennis/ padel courts, skate park, swimming pools and 2 cinema`s all within walking distance. Concert hall and traditional music venues 2 - 3km away. Numerous leafy georgian squares are within a short walk, as is Eaton square where James Joyce was known to play bowls. The sea and its amenities are within 5 km of home. Local bus 16 goes to Dublin Airport, 70 min journey across city. 30 min drive by car. Everywhere in Ireland is less than 4 hours drive away.
