Mapperley Notts

My smart home is ten years old, and has all modern amenities. I maintain it to a very high standard and would look after your home in the same way. It’s very comfortable. I downsized when I moved here and bought lots of new furniture etc. There is a lovely small south facing garden and a gardener comes once a week to help maintain it. I have been exchanging for over 20 years and my guests have always enjoyed their stay in my homes.I do everything to make sure the exchange goes well.

About the location

My house is about 8 miles from the City of Nottingham yet close to lovely countryside indeed the house backs on to Gedling Country Park.
Nottingham itself has a superb concert hall, several theatres and cinemas and many modern shops.
I am convenient for local shops and visiting villages and stately homes in the area. Historical Newark, Southwell and Lincoln are easily reached and about an hour away is Chatsworth House in Derbyshire which was recently voted the most popular Stately Home in the U.K.
There are train stations in Nottingham and Newark.
