#701 Smith Suites - Chiang Mai

We have a 3 year old serviced apartment on a long term lease near the centre of the old city of Chiang Mai.

The apartment is on the 7th floor (lift access) with balconies at the north and south affording good views over the surrounding city and hills and a through breeze. It is cleaned twice a week (including linen change) and a well equiped gym and small pool are available.

One bedroom is used as storage/utility and will have all our junk in it, however we will leave it unlocked allowing guests to use it for storing luggage and as a second bathroom.

We had a western style kitchen put in and it is fully equipped if you choose to dine at home.

About the location

Chiang Mai is located in the North of Thailand and is relatively quiet and laid back compared to Bangkok and the Southern thai tourist spots like Pattaya and Phuket.

Our apartment is located approx. 300m south of Chiang Mai gate and the centre of the old city of Chiang mai.

There are numerous dining places within easy walking distance offering a mix of Thai and international food. There are many sights of interest in the city and surrounding areas including many Bhuddist temples and other tourist attractions.

There are numerous golf courses in the area but with a couple of exceptions are out of town and a car is required.

Public transport is readily available with tuk-tuk, song-theaws and Uber.
