We have a 4-bedroom Detached Property in Upper Colwyn Bay.

The house is a large family home with a big lounge and separate dining room, there is also a conservatory leading onto decking outside. We have a family sized out-door garden table set on the decking for alfresco eating! We have a back lawn and trampoline.We have a BBQ and fire-pit and further room along the side of the house.

There is a garage with access to it from the back of the house.There is a lawned area at the front and gates down the side of the property.

Bedroom four is also a study/playroom with x-box and WII U game consoles. It also has a double sofa bed in it.

The bathroom has a shower and a large oval shape Jacuzzi bath.There is a toilet and basin downstairs.The property is centrally heated and has heating in the conservatory. We have 2 vehicles,which we can be used if required. We have SKY satelite TV and WIFI.The house is fully alarmed and double glazed throughout.

We are exactly 0.9 miles from the beach.Neighbouring towns are Rhos-on-sea (4 miles),Llandudno (7 miles), Conwy (9 miles)... Snowdonia National Park is 25 miles away and Angelsey is 35 miles away offering all the attractions of the Island and the national park.. Colwyn Bay is located 38 miles west of Chester.

Chester is in England and on the border, it is a beautiful City steeped in history back to the Roman era. The City is surrounded by Roman walls, a Roman Ampitheatre was recently found in the City and is now a big attraction.Chester is a MUST to see if visiting.

Colwyn Bay has benefitted from funding from the European Trust and has a brand new beach walkway with ample car parking.. there is a big watersports facility called Porth Eirias where you can do canoeing, cayaking, windsurfing and jetsking, there are lessons available all year round, also within the facility is the world famous Porth Eirias restaurant which is owned by well-renowned celebrity Welsh Chef Bryn Williams, he has a michelin star restaurant in the heart of London and one in Cornwall... In Colwyn Heights there are some lovely walks as the area feeds into fields and farms, the view is amazing and on a clear day you can see Angelsey and Blackpool tower. 5 minutes from our house is the Welsh Mountain zoo which houses many different species of animal including Bears, Leopards, chimps and Llamas and many more.. The area is full of quaint,old Welsh pubs with local ales on sale,they are worth a visit.. Llandudno is called the queen of resorts in North Wales it is very popular. It has a very unique victorian sea front with hundreds of hotels,guesthouses and B&B's... there is a lot to do for families including riding the Great Orme Tram, going on the Cable cars, the copper caves, chilling out at the Westshore beach and shopping to you drop at Parc Llandudno, Llandudno has a 3000 seater theatre called Venue Crymru which has many west-end musical showing... Conwy is a must to visit, it is a quaint old medieval town build around the castle in the 12 century by Edward the 1st (English king).. the town is surrounded by castle walls and the castle is stilll very much intact and open to visitors, it is on the conwy estuary and there is an abundance of wild life you can see as you walk alongside the sea... Further afield the Llyn Peninsula (45 miles) is beautiful.
