Victorian Terraced Cottage - Witney

Our home is a stone, terraced cottage in the beautiful town of Witney. The house is an 1840 built terraced cottage, formerly a bakery, with wood floors and doors, rugs and an open fire. It is set up for two adults and two children but could accommodate more people as there is a sofa bed in the living room and two double beds upstairs. It has a largish garden with a sitting patio area, grass area and trampoline. There is a telly, piano and wifi for entertainment. There is one adult bike and two childrens bikes available to use. There are also lots of books to read and board games to keep you entertained in the evening. We have a dog which we would like to take with us on our home swop but can also travel without him. We can accommodate dogs in our house.

About the location

Witney is a small, beautiful market town close to Oxford. The surrounding countryside is stunning and includes the Cotswolds. Blenheim palace and Sudely Castle are also nearby. There are standing stones and Roman ruins on the doorstep as well as museums, galleries, restaurants and shops in both Witney and Oxford. There is also fast, easy access to London from Oxford by train or bus. Witney and Oxford have plenty of things to do for both children and adults.
