Beautiful apartment in the heart of Montreal - Quebec

I live in a clean, lovely condo, a lot of light during the day in the living room and bedroom. Last year I put new hardwood floors and renovated the kitchen and bathroom. I have a baby so I have everything ready for a family ( high chair, crib, toys etc.) If you don't have a baby, I can transform the baby room into a bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms and a big living room. I would prefer non smokers. If you smoke you could go on the back balcony but not in the house.

About the location

My home is in a very nice area of Montreal ( Mile-end- plateau), near many cafes, bars, restaurants,shops, galleries, walking distance to the biggest park in Montreal ( Mont-Royal) and the bus in front of the house takes you downtown in 10 minutes ( quartier des spectacles- Metro place des arts). In the summer there are many festivals you can walk to ( jazz festival etc.) or reach with a bus in 10 minutes.

IN the winter there are many places in the city where you can go skating and you can also cross-country skying in the Mont-Royal Park which is 12 min by walk. You can also rent a car and go outside Montreal. Withing 1 to 2 hours you can reach the ski hills and lakes and beautiful Canadian nature and landscape.
