The cottage is by a steam in walking distance of the pretty Peak District village of hathersage and at the foot of stanage edge world famous for climbing. The cottage sleeps 4 with large sitting room with wood burner, a very characterful quirky but comfortable cottage. An ideal holiday base. There is a peaceful garden. The village has cafes restaurants, hotels a deli, shops, chemist etc everything you need including a swimming pool lido with heated pool.

A popular tourist area in the pretty Peak District, attracting walkers, climbers, bikers and those just wanting to relax in a beautiful place. Hathersage also has the advantage of having a railway station.

Although a quiet cottage next to a steam it is within easy walking distance of the village and its many amenities.
