About the location

Its location is ideal for easy access to the Georgian city of Bath, less than 3 miles away, a World Heritage site with an abundance of attractions such as the famous Roman Baths, the new Thermae Bath Spa, Bath Abbey – and a great variety of museums, galleries, year-round festivals, craft markets, restaurants and high quality independent shops and boutiques. The Kennet and Avon Canal runs close by, with towpath walks and narrow boats for hire and the Cotswolds are within half an hour’s drive northwards. Bristol, Salisbury, Wells and Glastonbury are all interesting destinations for a day’s outing.
