You can be in « Opera » in 15 minutes or less with the metro/subway.

The amount of light this apartment gets during the day is insane (south exposure.) The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and obviously a fridge. I also own a washing machine, which means no trips to the laundromat for you!

The building and apartment are wonderfully preserved from any kind of noises: I don't hear my neighbours at all, and because the building is not directly exposed to a road, you can hardly hear any of the city noises.

The other side of the building is facing a beautiful park, which comes in handy if you are a runner or a wanderer. There is a great mall called So Ouest 15 walk away, which includes a cheap and gigantic supermarket. You also have a grocery store located less than a minute away (Franprix), right next to one of the best bakeries in town.
