Metrotown main floor of house - British Columbia

We would like to swap our main floor 3 bedroom apartment. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size bed in each of the other 2 bedrooms. We have a 40 inch flatscreen TV in the living room area . If required, there is a portable wheel in shower for someone using a wheelchair and a portable ceiling lift in the master bedroom. There is one big living room area that we have divided into a dining room and the living room/TV/office area. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and can be separated from the living area by a door. We have central air conditioning. The apartment is above ground (not a basement) and there is a wonderful family of 4 living upstairs. There is parking for 2 vehicles. A wheelchair accessible Mercedes Sprinter may be available for swap or usage.

About the location

The largest shopping mall in British Columbia is a 5 minute drive, 15 minute walk or 9 minute bus trip. The bus stop is right outside our door. Across the street is an elementary school with a nice playground. We are short distance from mountains, lakes, the ocean and all of the natural beauty of British Columbia Canada. You can be in downtown Vancouver by transit within 30 minutes.
The house is wheelchair accessible to the extent that it is almost level access (with a small ramp) and there are lever handles on the inside doors. The external door can be operated with a remote control.
There is a barbecue on site.
There is a private washer and dryer.
Use of a vehicle and bicycles plus Internet/Wi-Fi could be discussed.
