It is 4 bedroom 1 bathroom and all on one level. We have a small courtyard with trampoline and also a deck outside.
We have ducted heating and air conditioning. Our home is not luxurious, we have 3 young children, but it is homely :)
About the location
Our home is in an outer suburb of Canberra, about 25 minutes to the city centre.
Our house backs onto a Nature reserve with walking tracks and is only short walk to the closest shops and 10 mins drive to the Mall.
We are a 15 minute drive to waterfalls and larger nature reserves or the snow in winter.
