Detached 1970's house within a half acre plot in rural Wiltshire near Devizes, Trowbridge and Melksham. 12 miles from Bath, 25 miles from Salisbury. Lounge, kitchen diner, utility and conservatory, south facing garden with open views towards Salisbury plains.
Use of car and bicycles. Would like cats fed if possible. There are 4 cats but they live outside and in sheds. Also 9 sheep in the field next to the property, arrangements will be made for their care but if any one is keen to look after them the opportunity is there.

Rural, farming village. A very good village pub, nearest shop is in another village about 2 miles away. Good supermarkets in three local towns. Excellent shopping and facilities in Bath and Salisbury. Ver poor public transport in village but good train links to London and Bristol from Chippenham and Westbury (about 12 miles)
