Town house complex with 7 houses. Our house is 20 years old its on 2 levels with the main level upstairs consisting of open plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge with small south facing deck, also on this level is the master bedroom with en suit and a separate powder room. Ground floor consists of access to garage, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and access to outside patio and BBQ. We have a gardener that comes around every week to cut the grass and clean up the edges.

About the location

We live 10min by car from the centre of beautiful Victoria also on the main bus route for many of the attractions Victoria has to offer. Victoria is the capital of British Columbia well known for its parks, gardens, harbour, museum's, restaurant's and lots of entertainment. Very easy access to Vancouver and the USA. We have a shopping mall 6 or 7min walk away also a hospital, golf course and recreation centre within walking distance.
