Characterful 19th Century house in Charlton, Royal Borough of Greenwich

Our beautiful home is a Victorian end-of-terrace with outside parking. Inside decor is clean and contemporary. A long through-lounge with dining table sitting four comfortably leads into a modern kitchen/diner with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and downstairs bathroom.

The first floor main bathroom has a large shower and separate bath. Two single bedrooms (views of Canary Wharf) and one double bedroom with built-in wardrobe complete the upstairs area.

An outside patio overlooks our large garden at the bottom of which is a stunning modern cabin currently used as a rehearsal space. If you're musical there's a full backline of amps, drumkit, PA/mics and guitars to play with - great fun for all the family. The cabin can also be used as an extra sleeping space (sofa bed or airbed). There is an internet connection in the cabin although no toilet or shower.

About the location

Charlton is in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, 15 mins by train from London Bridge. Close to Greenwich - a World heritage site, beautiful Blackheath, historic Woolwich, and The O2 state-of-the-art arena (major music venue, cinemas, bowling alley, exhibition space, and restaurants). North Greenwich tube station is a short bus journey away. From there Canary Wharf is 5 minutes away and Central London 15minutes away. Regular river buses also run to Central London for those who prefer a scenic route. Charlton to London City Airport is a 30 minute journey.
