Close to restaurants, shopping, public bus and C-train transport, playgrounds, and right next to walking and biking paths in the river valley. We are also only 2 minutes from Canada Olympic Park ski hill for skiing in the winter and downhill biking in the summer, and only 30-45 minutes from hiking, skiing, and climbing in the Rocky Mountains.
Our home is well cared for, and we are looking for a couple or family who would treat it as they would their own home. We have a bright, open floor plan, with a large kitchen, dining room, and family room on the main floor, and bedrooms and an office on the second floor.
We have a car, bikes, hiking and climbing equipment, winter clothing, skates, and downhill and cross-country ski equipment we could also make part of an exchange.
