Detached House

5 bed detached (but 1 is a craft room), with enclosed garden. Living room with parquet flooring and no T.V (we have a large supply of films & a player to watch them on, separate dining room and kitchen. French doors lead out to the fully enclosed garden. There is only 1 bathroom but we have a separate shower room and a downstairs cloakroom. It is a fairly modern house with built in cooker, hob and dish-washer (although we never use this as we prefer to make washing -up more of a family happening). 1 bedroom is a double whilst the other three have single beds.

About the location

We live almost on Minchinhampton Common which is a wide open area where you will find dog walkers, kite-flyers, golfers and cows! There is a lovely pub set in the middle of the common and this is a frequent target on Sunday afternoons. Close by are the other common areas of the Five Valleys region, Rodborough & Selsley. The neighbouring towns and villages are pure Cotswolds and have much to offer in the way of cultural, historic and gastronomic experiences.
