Stunning converted Barn

Before describing the house, very well behaved dogs who come with us on our swaps. We get lots of messages from people who don't want dogs so just wanted to point out that we have two whippets and a mini dachshund and all well trained and sleep on the floor in the kitchen. Also we are particularly looking for swaps in Richmond?Kew or Wiltshire this year.

We converted our house from a a huge old cow barn. It now has all the mod cons, is wonderfully warm and enjoys great views over the surrounding countryside.

The living space is upstairs including a 35ft long kitchen/dining room/sitting room with wood burner that gives direct access onto the garden at the back which is south facing.

Downstairs there`s a snug TV room with small woodturner and three bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs with stunning countryside views. All bedrooms are large, three are ensuite and one has a bathroom and shower room directly across the corridor. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have direct access onto the decking and courtyards garden at the front. There is a separate utility/boot room and loo near the main front door.

The house has recently been redecorated with new flooring throughout.

About the location

We are in the beautiful South Hams area of South Devon between Dartmoor and the beaches between Dartmouth, Salcombe and Newton Ferrers.

Walking, sailing, mountain biking, visiting historic castles and great pubs are all on the agenda.

Otherwise, you can rest and relax in our beautiful rural setting. We are 20 minutes walk to our local village with pub.
