New Quay

Our home is situated on the edge of the small village of Llanarth. It is approx 18years old and is a warm and cosy haven. There is a very attractive cosy lounge with a log burning stove for cooler days and of course the property has a very efficient central heating system. There is a modern kitchen with fridge freezer cooker and ceramic hob and integrated dishwasher. From the kitchen there is a door through to a utility room housing the washing machine, and tumble driver and a downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs there are four double bedrooms. One is a study but the house will accommodate a family of six easily. The main bedroom has a fully fitted En suite with his/hers washbasins and there is also a spacious fully fitted family bathroom.

The house is airy and light painted in pale pastels. From most of the windows there are views of the surrounding hills.

Added to this there is a sizeable slightly elevated back garden with gas barbecue and seating area. The garden is bathed in sunshine all the year round.

About the location

The village of Llanarth is situated in the very beautiful area of Wales called Ceredigion. The village itself is set in beautiful scenery and has a small grocery store and a hotel with good pub meals. A couple of miles from the village is a farm shop ‘The Moody Cow‘ where you can purchase delicious local delicacies and a play barn for children called 'The Moody Calf'. The Moody Cow incorporates a lovely restaurant and coffee shop

New Quay with its quaint harbour, charming painted houses, delicious eateries and glorious beach is only 1 1/2 miles away.

Aberaeron, another gem on this coast line is only 4 miles away. Here you can find pubs, bars and some lovely little upmarket shops.

Llanarth is surrounded by glorious countryside with a plethora of walks at your disposal, quite aside from the Welsh coastal walk.

The village is roughly equidistant between Aberystwyth to the North and Cardigan to the South.

The coast between New Quay and Cardigan is studded with glorious beaches and charming coastal villages and if you want to venture further afield there are also the resorts and beaches of Pembrokeshire about 1-2hrs away, perfectly doable for a day trip.
