Harbour view

High up overlooking Penzance harbour and town, with panoramic views across the sea as far as the Lizard peninsula.

I am a retired designer and silversmith, the house does reflect this with its prints and fabrics.. a very easy open plan house, well equipped and comfortable.

About the location

Penzance is full of character, some architecture still showing signs of the Spanish armada invasion. from the house a walk into town, or the harbour is always interesting, many good places to eat and drink. Wildlife katamaran sea going trips, fishing trips, coast path walking, cycling, all within a few minutes. ancient Celtic historical sites, stone circles, bronze age field systems and ice age cliffs are well worth visiting.

This was a tin mining area, and visiting mines and mining museums is also an option.

If you like music, there are folk music sessions regularly in some of the old public houses.
