Light,bright one bedroom apartment with pool in small compex

My apartment is quite new so everything is in good condition. It has 1 bedroom and a pleasant lounge/kitchen. It`s in a quiet area a 40 minute stroll down the lane to Puerto de Mogan beach (or a 15 minute jog if you are energetic!),an easy bike ride (I only have one bike) and 5 minutes to the bus stop. By car it is just 5 minutes and I think I would recommend a car to make shopping a bit easier. (I have an underground car park).Its suitable for people who dont want to be in the typical touristy places and is ideal for walkers as there are several routes nearby. Hiring a car would give you a bit more freedom to tour the countryside (highly recommended!) The pool is communal but I am often the only person using it so its very peaceful. Although there is a spare mattress under the bed it is probably best for a couple. There is a large patio for sunbathing and eating outside. Fully equipped with everthing I think you would need.

About the location

Playa de Mogan is a small fishing village with a picturesque beach, good swimming and loads of restaurants although its not suitable if you are looking for discos etc! There is spectacular scenery if you venture out by car and several walks up the mountainside nearby. (Can be a bit strenuous).
