With a total surface of 180sqm, Villa Bhuvana brings indoor living out and open air relaxation in. Every its detail is carefully considered to provide you cool and comfortable atmosphere. The interior is exquisitely decorated with wooden hand-crafted furniture, and equipped with modern appliances and in-home entertainment system, such as a 50inch HD Smart TV, Satellite TV, DVD/CD player and X-box 360. High speed 4G Wi-Fi Internet is available through entire property.

The villa is built in an authentic traditional Joglo style, from 150 year old reclaimed antique Javanese wood, and organically shaped to optimize the beautiful views and seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Luxurious semi-open kitchen, living and dining room opens up onto lush garden and turquoise pool with soothing waterfall creating a stunning tropical ambiance.

The living room forms the heart of the villa and has a comfy sofa lounge area and surround sound system. The long wooden 6-seater table stretches out on its left side offering a great dining experience. The fitted Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs. There is also an elegant bar table with stools for socializing.

Master bedroom is spacious, air-conditioned and equipped with a comfy king sized bed, large wardrobe, HD Smart TV, DVD player and X-box 360 with the best new games. In addition, for the families with babies we can provide a new portable cot. A bedroom is attached to stylish semi-open bathroom with rain shower, separate soaking tub and toilet.

The villa is framed with a pond with fishes and surrounded by serene exotic garden with booming flowers, coconut palms and ferns that will add vibrant colors and delightful scents to your vacation. Within a garden, a bale and sunbeds face each other across the pool. The bale is covered with a mosquito net and can comfortably accommodate two persons. You can relax or take a nap during the day and sleep during the night amidst the cooling tropical breezes.

We provide snorkeling gear and bicycles to our guests, too. Gili Trawangan is a small eco-friendly island and no cars and motorcycles are allowed on the island. You can bike, walk or take a cidomo/horse cart to go around and explore the island. Sunset bike rides are amazing on Gili T! There are many nice restaurants and bars within walking distance from the villa.

Our villa manager, lovely Rien speaks English, French and Bahasa Indonesia, so she can help with anything from transportation to dining advise.

About the location

Gili Trawangan is a small eco-friendly island, located 35km away from Bali – perfect place to indulge in a truly relaxing remote island experience. It is also known as the "turtle capital of the world", and as one of the best destinations for diving and snorkeling. Countless marine species can be seen by the vivid coral reefs, including graceful manta rays, reef sharks, pygmy seahorses, lion-fish, scorpion-fish, octopus...
Snorkeling is incredible - just going out a few meters there is a good chance of seeing trigger fish, pipe fish and sea turtles.

The beaches of the Gili T are powdery white, tout-free, and fringed by palms, turquoise waters and a coral reef. If you are looking for some time to yourself you can easily find a private beach to relax and soak the sun. You can walk around the entire shoreline in a couple of hours along a delightful path that meanders between coconut palms, and enjoy exotic beach scenery. The island is too small to get lost, so explore away. :)

No motorized vehicles are allowed, and everything must be hand-carried. The absence of cars and motorcycles creates unique environment and protects island's natural beauty from pollution. You can bike, walk or take charming horse-drawn carriages called "cidomo". We provide bicycles to our guests to go around & explore the island.

Our villa is set near the beach, on the north part of the island, the peaceful & calm area of Gili T. Many restaurants are within walking distance of the villa, such as Wilson’s retreat, Desa Dunia Beda & KoKoMo. If you want to taste a local/Indonesian food we recommend Warung Made. You can watch sunset while drinking island-inspired cocktails at Sunset Ombak or chilling at The Exile.
