Country house - Tuscia

the house is a countryside house in the Tuscia, an area between Latium and Tuscany ( Central Italy), about 90 kms north of Rome. The setting is quiet, rural, in a sparsely populated area. The house was built about one century ago, main facilities provided, has tall trees, garden, a pergola suitable for outdoor meals. About the location

The area is rich in art and history, center of the Etruscan people before the establishment of Roman power,a sparsely populated area ,close to the sea (20 kms) and the lake (20kms), the nearest towns are Tuscania and Tarquinia, ancient Etruscan cities, both at about 12 kms from the house, both rich in museums but also convenient for shopping and restaurants.the nearest international airport is Rome Fiumicino, at about 70 kms by the A12 freeway (or autostrada), the nearest railway station is at Tarquinia with trains to Rome to the south (several stops in the city from San Pietro to Termini) and to the north to Pisa, La Spezia (base for excursions to 5 Terre) and Genoa.
