The villa is individually designed, large and spacious. Consisting of 2 King size bedrooms with en-suite facilities, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with bathroom to share,
There are 3 lounges. One is a TV lounge with many Freeview channels in English. Lounge/dining room with a well stocked library a desk and a variety of chairs.
There is a 3rd open plan lounge which leads out to the pools and sunbathing terraces. This lounge also houses a kitchen.
The main kitchen is fully fitted and has all mod cons.
There is also a separate laundry/utility room with a washing machine, and second fridge freezer to store extra drinks for poolside use.
The villa is fitted with Air Con and Heating systems.
2 Pools: 1 swimming pool and 1 plunge pool with seating around.
Courtyard with a large barbeque static dining table and seating.
The villa is totally enclosed and private and has two gated entrances. A driveway and parking for 2 cars. Also a Garage and parking area.
The gardens are beautiful and surround the grounds and areas of the villa with seating and sunbathing areas and terraces.

About the location

The villa is situated in the most beautiful perfect location, An area named 'Parcent Marina de Alto'. It is built on a pine clad hillside and has panoramic views over the Jalon valley and the Mediterranean at three points in the distance, also the Coll de Rates Mountains behind.
The nearest village is Parcent which is just a few mins drive and 15 mins walking distance. There is a supermarket, bank, speciality shops and several good and economical restaurants cafe's and bars. The other villages of the Jalon Valley, Alkalali, Jalon, Lliber and Orba can all be easily reached within a 5 to10 mins drive. They all have interesting characteristics and have plenty of restaurants, shops, street cafes and bars.
All the villages are typical Spanish with tiny narrow streets and window box flowers in abundance, a village square and a church, with a spire for all to see from a distance, in its centre.


It is perfect for a relaxing holiday. A beach holiday with busy resort just 20 minutes drive away. Walking and cycling holidays are very popular and there are several planned routes, which are available at the villa.
Paragliding is also very popular from the Coll de Rates mountain, situated behind the villa, only minutes away. Paragliders are often seen coming down and landing in an area close to Parcent village.
The best time for these activities are the Autumn, Winter and Spring months.

The Costa Blanca is renowned for its white sandy blue flag beaches and several can be reached from the villa within 20 - 45 mins drive. Denia 20 mins. Moriara 20 mins. Calpe 20 mins. Javea 25 mins. Altea 35 mins. Benidorm 45 mins.

The city of Valencia is approximately 1 hours drive North of the villa and Alicante is approximately 1 hours drive South of the villa. There is also easy access to either city by bus or train.

A car is essential. Hire cars are readily available at the airports and are very reasonably priced. I don't have a vehicle at the villa now and use hire cars myself.
