We live in a large Victorian semi detached 4 bedroom property, recently renovated. On the ground floor, it has a spacious living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and doors onto a private garden. First floor has a large bathroom, including a shower cubicle, roll top bath and washing machine. Two large bedrooms on first floor- king-size bed in one room, full-sized single bunk beds in the other. Second floor has a further two large bedrooms, one has a king-sized double bed, the other a pull out futon sofa bed. Our house is also suitable for children above the age of 3, with children`s toys available.

About the location

A bustling family-friendly North London neighbourhood, we have the benefit of lovely parks and outdoor spaces (including Alexandra Palace only a 15 minute walk away), but are also very well connected for exploring central London. Based in Zone 3, Bounds Green station on the Piccadilly Line is only a 7 minute walk away, with London Kings Cross a 17 minute tube ride. Additionally, we are 7 minutes from the overground station Bowes Park, which has direct services to a number of central stations, including Finsbury Park, Highbury and Islington and Moorgate.

We have plenty of local shops, including the popular Myddleton Road (independent shops, cafes, bar and pub, Greek and Italian delicatessens and a monthly open-air market.) Wood Green Shopping City is a 12 minute walk and this area is great for high street shopping, restaurants and cinemas. Additionally, we are a short bus ride from Muswell Hill, Crouch End, Hornsey and Highgate (including the ancient Highgate Woods!), to name a few popular places that feature great places to eat and local independent shops.
