Townhouse in charming Spanish village, just a 10 minute drive from Denia and the coast.

A delightful townhouse with an Annex separated by the private internal courtyard. The Annex on two floors and a large terrace leading to the roof terrace, sleeps up to four, a large en suite shower room ideal for young families, those with reduced mobility with a shower chair and hand rails.

Across the courtyard in the house the kitchen leads to the dining room, lounge with log fire and then to the hallway. There are a further two bedrooms in the main part of the house, a double and a large family room with two singles or double and a bunk bed. Both rooms have an ensuite, the double with bath and terrace and the family room with shower and two balconies overlooking the street.

With a weekly market outside the door, a bakery, butchers, local grocery store and 3 cafes and a shaded picnic area, you could easily just relax in the village, but should you wish to venture further afield there is a bus stop nearby or you can use our car. With free parking outside the house or nearby, you never have to think of parking tickets or change for the meter.

Charming Spanish Village in wonderfully scenic valley just 10km from the coast.

The restored townhouse is in a relaxed, friendly village where the neighbours stop and say hello, the sun shines on the open air pool and the local cafes sell delicious food for local prices, we think this place is wonderful. All within walking distance are the tennis courts, gym with fitness classes, lots of great walks, local shops and a bakery across the road.

There are art classes, a theatre, we have bikes you could use to cycle through the orange groves to the beach. Denia is the nearest town and Valencia and Alicante just an hour away by car. There is a bus to and from the village if you don't want to drive, but you can use our car if you prefer.

We are in the heart of the Orba valley, between the mountains and the sea, both accessible at any time of year.

We love it here, but are looking for an exchange in England/Ireland to be closer to elderly parents. Open to ideas we would love to hear from you.
